What is your refund policy?

You must review your ticket selection before you submit and confirm your order. There are no exchanges or refunds once a ticket has been purchased. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a refund or exchange may be possible upon immediate notification to us of any mistake caused by the system during the tickets purchase process.

I tried to purchase tickets online and my credit card was declined due to a mismatched address?

Please make sure your billing address and zip code were both entered exactly as shown on the billing statement from your bank. If the problem persists, please try another credit or debit card or purchase your tickets onsite.

Can I purchase tickets onsite?

Yes, we have a box office at the event where you can purchase tickets with cash or credit card. However, due to capacity restrictions, tickets may not always be available at the box office.

What size group can go in?

We like to send in groups no larger than 4 or 5, so everyone gets a chance to shoot the zombies.

What should I do if I can't print my ticket and I don't receive an email confirmation?

Please bring a photo ID of the person who purchased the tickets to the box office.

What does it mean that the time slot I would like to purchase is crossed out or there are not enough tickets in the drop down quantity menu at my selected time?

If you need to change your ticket, please email customerservice@apocalypseglobal.com at least 48 hours prior to your purchased time slot and we will try to accommodate your request based on event availability.

Time slot changes requested on site may not be accommodated.

What happens if a zombie bites me?

A zombie will not “bite” you. The zombies cannot touch you (accidental touching may occur). If you run out of ammo, you will continue through the house like a normal haunted house.

How do I print off my tickets? Do I need to print off my tickets?

We do recommend printing off your tickets. However, if you do have a smartphone, we are able to scan the tickets from your phone.

Can I bring my GoPro into the event?

No you cannot. No photography of any kind is allowed inside the event.

How long will the experience last?

This question depends on how fast you walk through the Apocalypse. Some groups run right through, while others take their time. It really depends on how well you can handle the fear!

Are there discounts for children?

No. All tickets are the same price.

Is there an age limit?

We do not have an age limit. However, we do suggest that this event is pg-13.

Are group discounts available?

We do not have any group tickets/discounts available for this event.

Can pregnant women take part in the Apocalypse World Tour event?

We do not recommend pregnant women to go through the haunted house. We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them.

What is the difference between all of the packages?

The Special Ops Mission has more ammo than the recruit mission.

Can I switch the time/date of my ticket? I can’t make it to my reservation.

Cancellations and rescheduling need to be done 24 hours before your scheduled time. However, this event does tend to sell out, so if there are no more tickets available, then we are unable to reschedule your time. We highly suggest planning your trip in advance. However, please note, we do have a no refund policy. We do not give refunds under any circumstances.
